Hi I am writing in regards about the super star hair straightener I purchased online. It has worked awesome until recently. The cord seems to have a short in it or something.The light flashes and doesnt seem to stay on. Is this under warranty????? item # SB030211 Thank you, Teresa

I have had my same straightner for over 3 years and just recently the cord somehow came detached from the body of the straightner... does it have a warranty on it?? please respond, right now im stuck using a conair one and that explains enough.

i bought mine in 2002 and my superstar recently broke. does anyone know where i can purchase another superstar that is the same one and not a knock off or if there are any other recommendations for another flat iron. i especially liked the fact that it last for so many years and it never caught my hair, which can be a big pain.

I have had my superstar for 5 years, and after the first year it began to turn off by itself, it still works when it remains on, but everytime I turn it on it does this. I'm guessing it has a short.

if you have short hair and you want long hair this is the one !!!

I've had my Superstar for 3 yrs. now and it still works the same is it did from day one. I have friends who own Chi and T3's and they all agree that mine works best. I am so impressed at how long it has lasted. I have gone through 2 blow dryers in the time I have had my Superstar. I reccomend it to everyone!

I really like this straightner. I bought it at Pure Beauty and they told me it had a lifetime warranty. Mine broke and I went back and they said they would not exchange it and that I had to call corporate.. but I dont have the number, so if anyone has it, i would greatly appreciate it if they could e-mail to constanzacastro1@aol.com
